Especially designed for a school that desires training in Restorative Practices during the school year. Covering the same information as the Creating Restorative Culture: Four Day Foundational Training Workshop, the workshop days can be arranged to be held over a one or two month period—or as arranged with the Training Consultant.
Alternatively, this workshop series can be custom designed to fit the needs of the school including content and number of training days. These alternative options will include some required reading including The Little Book of Restorative Justice in Education and several articles. Implementation practices will be assigned for the participants to work on in between training days.
